1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph8k8 ("ph8k8," "we," "us," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ph8k8 online gaming platform available at ph8k8.org and all associated mobile and web interfaces.

By accessing ph8k8 in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, play, or withdraw — you irrevocably agree to these Terms. 2. Eligibility & Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the account permanently closed.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain a ph8k8 account:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• PAGCOR employees and their immediate family members
• ph8k8 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members
• Persons who have self-excluded from ph8k8 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual (proxy gambling)

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph8k8 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph8k8 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the ph8k8 Wallet. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check current limits within their account wallet before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available for specified periods only and may be withdrawn or modified at ph8k8's discretion at any time. ph8k8 is not obligated to continue any promotion beyond its stated end date.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

6.2 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical malfunction — including software errors, server interruptions, or communication failures — ph8k8 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the applicable stake to the player's ph8k8 Wallet balance. ph8k8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond the return of the original stake amount for affected bets.

6.3 Void Bets

ph8k8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors, mis-priced odds, evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation, and violations of these Terms. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 RNG Certification

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph8k8 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ph8k8 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph8k8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph8k8 content without explicit prior written consent from ph8k8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph8k8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption — except where such loss is directly caused by ph8k8's proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

ph8k8's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8k8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

11. Privacy & Data

ph8k8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the ph8k8 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement purposes.

ph8k8 does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine gaming law and anti-money laundering regulations.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ph8k8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by ph8k8

ph8k8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In such cases, ph8k8 will hold any balance pending investigation and will not be obligated to return funds where a serious breach has been established.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the ph8k8 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph8k8 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the first instance, ph8k8 encourages players to attempt resolution of any dispute through direct contact with our support team. ph8k8 is committed to resolving player concerns fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, players may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
